Terms and Conditions for Annual Membership

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your membership in The Confident Cake Collective (the "Membership"). By purchasing an annual membership, you agree to these terms.

2. Membership Term and Renewal

2.1 Your membership is valid for a 12-month period (the "Membership Term") starting from the date of purchase.
2.2 Your membership will automatically renew at the end of the Membership Term for another 12 months unless cancelled in accordance with Section 5.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Annual membership fees are charged in full at the time of purchase and upon each renewal.
3.2 Payment will be taken automatically via the payment method you provide at checkout.
3.3 You agree to ensure your payment details are kept up to date.

4. Cancellation

4.1 You may cancel your membership renewal at any time before the end of your current Membership Term by notifying us via email at [email protected].
4.2 To avoid renewal charges, cancellation must be received at least 7 days before your renewal date.
4.3 No refunds or partial credits will be provided for unused portions of your Membership Term.
4.4 If you cancel before your renewal, you will retain access to the Membership until the end of your current Membership Term.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Membership fees are non-refundable.
5.2 If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Membership until payment is successfully made.

6. Changes to the Membership or Terms

6.1 We reserve the right to update the Membership content, pricing, or terms at any time. You will be notified in advance of any changes affecting your membership.
6.2 If changes occur during your Membership Term, they will not affect your access until your renewal.

7. Member Conduct

7.1 The Membership is a supportive community. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or harmful to others may result in termination of your membership without a refund.

8. Liability

8.1 We make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from participating in the Membership.
8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Membership.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom.
