Terms and Conditions for Monthly Membership Payments

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your membership in The Confident Cake Collective (the "Membership"). By signing up, you agree to these terms.

2. Membership Commitment

2.1 When you join the Membership, your subscription will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with Section 5.

2.2 You are free to cancel your membership at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Membership fees are charged monthly in advance.
3.2 Payment will be taken automatically via the payment method you provide at checkout.
3.3 You agree to ensure your payment details are kept up to date.

4. Initial Term and Cancellation

4.1 Your membership is a rolling monthly subscription, and you are free to cancel at any time.

4.2 If you choose to cancel, your access to the membership will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

5. Cancellation

5.1 To cancel your membership, you must either notify me via email at [email protected] at least 7 days before your next billing date, or access the billing area inside your online portal.
5.2 If cancellation is not received within the required timeframe, your membership will continue, and you will be billed for the following month.
5.3 No partial refunds or credits are provided for unused membership periods.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Membership fees are non-refundable.
6.2 If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Membership until payment is successfully made.

7. Changes to the Membership or Terms

7.1 We reserve the right to update the Membership content, pricing, or terms at any time. You will be notified in advance of any changes affecting your membership.

8. Member Conduct

8.1 The Membership is a supportive community. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or harmful to others may result in termination of your membership without a refund.

9. Liability

9.1 We make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from participating in the Membership.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Membership.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom.
